State police were involved in chase with a motorcyle that ended on SR3 aproximately 2.5 miles North of Laotto. It appeared that a single male was taken in to custody. There were at least 7 state police cars on the scene. Does anyone know where the chase began?

Sounds like overkill on the part of the gestapo to me.

I haven't found any article in the news about this one yet?

I think this is it:

Man arrested after motorcycle chase
AVILLA — A Kendallville motorcyclist was arrested following a chase on Wednesday.
Brennan J. Dean, 28, of Kendallville was arrested at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday on S.R. 3 near C.R. 200S in Noble County. He was booked into the Allen County Jail on charges of operating while intoxicated-controlled substance; criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle.
At 12:05 p.m., Indiana State Trooper Jason Ward observed a motorcycle weaving in and out of construction cones on S.R. 3 south of DuPont Road in Allen County. Ward attempted to pull the motorcycle over, but the driver failed to yield, continuing northbound on S.R. 3.
Trooper Joe McLaughlin assisted Ward in the pursuit, which ended with the driver pulling over.

They don't want to miss out on a chase.

I was in the Dupont Rd/State Rd 3 area earlier this week. It is unbelievable all the construction going on in that area. I could barely recognize it as the same area that I have known well for all my life. Not a good spot to be speeding through right now!

Another area that is amazing me is the Dupont/Diebold road area. The entire geography has changed. Flat land is being replaced by very high hillsides on one side of the road and on the other, they are creating such deep holes in the ground, I can only imagine this will be a small lake? No small project there either.
