Watch out for Deer... on North Wayne

Imagine my surprise while waiting to turn in to Dunham's as a buncha' deer came out of nowhere, leaping into North Wayne (one being killed by a car) before disappearing past the 2001 gas station.

I once saw a VERY lost deer on Interstate 355 in the Chicago suburbs. Poor thing was scared to death as cars were whizzing around it at 80 mph. Not sure if it made it off or not.

Saturday night my wife was driving as we turned onto a rural county road. I saw a deer in the middle of the road and said "Deer!" She thought I was being romantic (calling her Dear) until I yelled "DEER!" and we stopped just short of hitting the thing...
