Do you think that our wonderful government would target people for harassment? Also, you didn't mention that in Kville, it is quite common to get arrested for a Public Intox while walking and KPD doesnt even have to give you a breathalizer to charge you? Also how about the 27 warning tickets for parking? I called a council members 2 days after it happened. He spoke to mayor, who called Wiley who returned a call to councilman and said "yeah the guy screwed up". Then when confronted at CC meeting (3 meetings ago) The mayor confidently stated "It did not happen! and later stated it again. She only changed her tune when the actual ticket was brought to the CC meeting. Do some research and see what the federal penalty is for recklessly making someones SS # available in a way that others may get it.
