    Default Flocking

We got this press release the other day about a Central Noble fundraiser that's going to involve putting flocks of (I presume plastic pink) flamingoes on people's lawns:

I'm curious if ebbie or any other CN folks here have been "flocked" yet, or know someone who has. Or did you buy "flocking insurance"?

Thanks for the heads up on this post. I hadn't seen it before. I have not been "flocked" and haven't been asked to. I would surely do it for a fundraiser, but not just because. Now I will be getting phone calls! LOL

I wouldn't care if I was "flocked" by flamingos! As long as it wasn't those nasty swans doing the "flocking". They frighten me. Just reading about them in the paper last summer gave me nightmares about random swan violence.

I don't think anybody is in danger of random attacks by flocks of plastic flamingos. I guess one good thing about it is that they don't leave a mess behind like the real thing. Maybe if you get enough of them it might even aerate your lawn.
