****one was one of the first to 'plug in', in the 1940's. You can hear where BB King picked up a lot of his stuff too. He (Walker) kind of pioneered the single note riffs that would have been inaudible without amplifiers.

ok i know it is not blues, but it is based off the 12 bar blues progression, one of the most popular progressions. so that makes it "kind of blue".
