I really can't think of a movie that I want to see less than this movie...
Another waste of film.
At least, he has a good post-production team to edit all those parts out.He never, ever, ever breaks character, or cracks a smile, or winks at the camera.

After watching as much as I could stand of Borat I have no interest in this movie.
I guess I didn't realize that Sacha Baron Cohen movies play quite so poorly around here. In my defense, I was in Bloomington when "Borat" came out, and the theater was so packed the first day my friend and I had to wait in a long line and buy tickets to the next show because it was sold out. Right crowd, I guess.
What is it that you dislike, particularly? Not trying to be snarky - I'm honestly curious! It will help me decide whether to review it when it comes out or choose another movie, and what to note in my review if I do review it.
She who is called "Queen of the Fence" wishes you a pleasant day!
May the Force be with you!
I think Matt pretty much summed it up for me.
I don't mind slapstick or mean comedies that show disdain for others, provided the "others" deserve it.
That's why I hated Adam Sandler's The Waterboy because his character was clearly suffering from borderline retardation, yet they played it for laughs... as opposed to his Billy Madison where the eponymous slacker was not stupid, just spoiled and lazy.
SB Cohen is just the latest in a long line of lazy, marginally-talented performers cruising on shock as opposed to anything else. He will have good company with Tom Green and Johnny Knoxville.
Apples are good,
Oranges are bad,
Lemons are rude,
Bananas are perverted,
And kumquats are just, plain evil...
I really enjoyed Borat in the theater, but the replay value of his humor is extremely low. I was a fan back when he had Da Ali G show on HBO. The dude is talented at his brand at humor. Good in small doses. Not really interested in Bruno at all.
I wonder when he's going to come out with a movie about stupid Christians, deluding themselves into thinking that someone hung on a cross and then got up 3 days later. I wonder, if, when he runs around in a robe like Jesus wore acting the clown like he does - if all of you who think he's so ********* funny will still think he's funny then? I wonder if the country will FINALLY realize how NOT funny this jackass is? It's easy to pick fun of already marginalized people, but it's hurtful and cheap and demeans everyone involved. You should be ashamed of yourselves - and probably won't learn the lesson until it's shoved in YOUR face and you're made to feel what it feels like. (gee, and I though Christians were supposed to ALREADY have that empathy thing down pat, too...)
Bruno looks effin hilarious in my opinion. I just enjoy the blank humor that his character has when he seems clueless. I try not to take life, or movies for that matter, too seriously.![]()

After watching two naked men chase each other and then wrestle in Borat I have no need to see what this film has to offer.I turned that film off when that came on and as far as I'm concerned I have seen enough of his work!
Borat had jokes concerning racism, incest and antisemitism... but two guys get into a fight while naked and you draw the line!
That's pretty funny to me.
