    Default Capitalism A Love Story

Michael Moore's new movie, Capitalism A Love Story comes out Oct 2. I believe it will be showing in Fort Wayne. Anyone going to catch it?

    Here's a brief preview:

Washington center Rd. Get off 69 at Coldwater heading towards downtown and turn right at the first light/Mariott. It's on the left about a 1/2 mile up.

I have a sneaking hunch The Star already has her covering the DeKalb fair tonight, but I let her know about it. Maybe she can catch it after it opens.

Do you believe the free tickets confronts the capitalist economy, or actually promotes it, because after all...it is a promotional feature for the movie?

Who is planning on watching this movie? BTW, Jenny, I'm so jealous of your job!!

What a gig you've got!! I need to take lessons from you, because you do it very well.

    Thanks Helen!

I tend to review things that come to Auburn, but I am definitely interested in "Capitalism: A Love Story." If I get a chance to get to Fort Wayne and see it, I definitely will post a review on my blog!
She who is called "Queen of the Fence" wishes you a pleasant day!

It definitely promotes a capitalist economy.

Movies are money making ventures. In order to get some hype and talk going about the movie, which will generate future paid ticket sales, the producers have authorized limited sneak preview opportunities.

Movie theaters don't make much money on tickets. They are also a fixed cost business. It doesn't cost them a dime more for anyone more than 1 person to view a movie. So, they are taking advantage of the opportunity presented by the producer to sell overpriced concessions.
