We took our left over stuffing and shredded up some turkey and rolled it up in a egg roll wrapper and deep fried them.

    Very Tasty.

We make turkey tacos. Lightly shred the turkey in a skillet, add some water to keep moist. Add cumin(careful strong spice) and garlic salt to taste. Lightly cook just enough to warm the turkey. Then make you tacos &/or salad the way you always do.
    Very good.

Hey...both those receipes sound good. I can't help it I love 1 day of turkey sandwiches and the next day with Turkey and noodles over mashed potatos. Yep....that food goes right to the hips...but only once a year.

put turkey in food processor, or just chop/ shred , add egg, season salt, pepper, cracker crumbs. roll into balls, brown in hot skillet in a little oil. Put in caserole dish cover with cream of mushroom soup and bake in oven untill done. These are YUMMY!!
You can also put them in the crockpot on low for about 4 hours!! great for Monday dinner. prepare on sunday evening, crockpot on Monday morn, get home from work, dinner is done!!
