Kendallville Glass

It's nice when a business goes over and above the expected.

Monday when the roads were coated in ice I lost control of my SUV and wound up with the SUV on its side in a ditch. When it landed the sideview mirror smashed the passenger side window into lots of itty bitty pieces.

I took it to Kendallville Glass today to get the window replaced and when I picked it up, not only had they installed the window but they had taken the time to vacuum out all the pieces of glass that I hadn't had time to clean out since Monday. Like I said, over and above.

Also thanks to Officer Shearer and another KPD officer whose name I didn't catch who helped me get the SUV back upright so I could continue on my way to work Monday (although it was quite a chilly ride).
