I agree. I think Auburn is there now. Even if this sign ordinance passes, will it make a difference? I mean not very many people take advantage of the no-charge garage sale sign permits now and the only thing that happens is their signs are pulled, manpower permitting. How many people are going to actually pay a fee, small as it may be? I see the need, but it may be a waste of time.
