While the big event for the Wing Dings is being held in Fort Wayne this week, I must say that I have seen an impressive number of them in the Spencerville area this week. Some of their bikes I've observed driving past our home has been so beautiful, I was tempted to stand by the road and put my thumb out. (just kidding)...but really...they are most impressive.

I bumped into a few couples at a local diner who had traveled from KS to be here. Great people to visit with and I feel it would be great to see this group of people returning to NE Indiana more frequently. The ones I visited with had just finished visiting our covered bridge in Spencerville and shared their pics they had taken on their cell phones of it.

They seemed to have enjoyed this week in NE Indiana so far. Hopefully, they choose FW again for their events in the future.
