Super Bowl Predictions?
I was wondering what mid-season Super Bowl predictions everyone has.
Personally, in the AFC, I see the Week 14 Pittsburgh/New England game being a matchup of the two biggest contenders. With the Steelers having the Jets, Dolphins and Bengals in the interim they should, barring a stupid letdown, be 10-2 going in to that game. The only other contenders I see in the conference at this point are Jacksonville and Indy(assuming they get healthy again).
In the NFC, Dallas and Green Bay are the obvious choices. Dallas is impressive, but I still am not totally convinced Green Bay isn't overachieving.
So...my pick is Dallas versus Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl with the Steelers becoming the first 6-time winner 34-31...
(That ought to elicit some venom...lol)

Re: Super Bowl Predictions?
Sorry for not being original, but it looks like New England-Dallas.
I'm not convinced by Green Bay, but you got to give the Packer defense credit along with Favre.
However, it is not out of the realm of possibility for Romo to do what he did in Buffalo and not get away with it in the playoffs.
The NFC has room for a shocker. If the Saints can get in the playoffs, they might be the team to do it. If the Pack match up with Dallas, GB could head to the Super Bowl. But the Pack could get beat right away in the playoffs in Lambeau.
I can't see the other playoff hopefuls to be capable of pulling a surprise.
Giants-Dallas owns them. The potential to disintegrate under Lt. Coughlin is there.
Lions-They are the Lions and their defense is still suspect regardless of the takeaways. We'll see who they are over the next week with the Giants and Packers coming to Ford Field. But I'm not cooking up a batch and eating it.
Seahawks-Not tough enough and not explosive enough.
Buccaneers-Not good enough, period.
