This past weekend was the youth turkey season in Indiana. The weather was cold and windy, but Sydney Craig did manage to get a bird on Sunday morning. Sydney shot this tom with her crossbow at 9 yards. It weighed 21 1/2 pounds with a 10-inch beard and 7/8-inch spurs. Video of the hunt will be on newdayoutdoors.com.
